Ada Atmaca began her artistic journey in 2009 at Cappadocia Vocational School, where she studied handicrafts and ceramics, laying the foundation for a practice rooted in making and material exploration.
In 2011, she graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law and went on to work in the legal field for 14 years. This period shaped her with a strong sense of discipline, structure, and analytical thinking—qualities that later deeply enriched her artistic language. Throughout these years, she remained closely connected to her creative practice, continuing to work in ceramics and steadily evolving her unique aesthetic voice.
Atmaca’s work is defined by simplicity, originality, and distinctive form. She skillfully brings together functionality and artistic expression, creating pieces that are both grounded and expressive. In addition to ceramics, she is also active in anime drawing, painting, and sculpture, working fluidly across multiple disciplines.
Now based at FLOW, she is excited to connect with participants of all ages. Alongside her ongoing studio practice, she is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and fostering a creative, hands-on learning environment.
In addition to the works on display, Ada Atmaca is available for custom painting commissions. If you have a favorite place, a treasured memory, a beloved pet, or simply an idea you'd like brought to life, we can work with you to create a piece made especially for you.
Every commissioned artwork begins with a conversation and becomes a unique creation with its own story.
